Frequently asked questions

We are a new online pet supply store based in Whakatane, New Zealand, dedicated to providing effective solutions for pet owners. Our aim is to foster happy and stress-free relationships between pets and their human companions through quality products and helpful guidance.

What do pheromone collars do?
Pheromone collars release calming synthetic pheromones that mimic natural pet pheromones, helping to reduce anxiety, stress, and unwanted behaviours in cats and dogs. They are ideal for pets experiencing separation anxiety, fear of loud noises, or new environments.

Are training slip collars safe for my dog?
When used correctly, training slip collars can be effective tools for teaching leash manners and correcting undesirable behaviours. We recommend consulting with a professional dog trainer for guidance on proper use to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet.

How do anti-barking devices work?
Electronic anti-barking devices typically use sound, vibration, or static correction to interrupt and deter excessive barking. They are designed to provide a gentle, humane correction that helps dogs learn to control their barking habits. Always use these devices responsibly and as directed.

Do you offer products for both cats and dogs?
Yes, our product range includes solutions for both cats and dogs. Our pheromone collars are available in formulations specifically designed for feline and canine use, and our training and anti-barking devices are primarily for dogs but can be adapted for specific situations.
